Job Title: Coordinator Council Services Division: Finance and Administration Department: Manufacturing Leadership Council Reports to: VP & Executive Director, MLC
The Coordinator, Council Services provides administrative support to the Member Services Manager and the MLC team as need with a variety of membership tasks in support of the MLC membership and programs.
Specific duties include:
Help to create and maintain new and existing member records across all systems. including name changes, title changes, email updates, deletions as well as managing marketing preferences.
Collaborate with member services manager to facilitate onboarding process and ensure all timelines are met for onboarding deliverables.
Member outreach as needed to new and existing members including meeting facilitation.
Assist with compiling and creating member reports for MLC sales team to review both internally and externally with members. Schedule and attend quarterly member meetings.
Maintain up-to-date documents with current events and activities
Assist member services manager with creating copy for emails, marketing materials, and website as needed.
Assist member services manager in compiling member-related statistics for presentation to MLC’s Executive Director and the full MLC team.
Identify process improvement opportunities.

The candidate for this position ideally will have experience in an association dealing with member management requirements.
A minimum of two years’ experience in such a position is required. Competency will database, marketing, and sales automation systems is preferred.
Candidate can work on a remote basis.
