The Manufacturing Department of Jefferson Community and Technical College has openings for Adjunct Instructors to teach all levels of industrial maintenance, engineering technology, welding, applied process technology, and machine tool technology.
Job Duties:
The primary responsibilities of these positions are to teach courses, maintain some office hours for mentoring and coaching students, success and retention activities, and utilization of a learning management system such as Blackboard for communication and feedback. These positions may teach on any of our Jefferson’s campus.

Minimum Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Related Discipline and relevant experience. In rare cases, experience can substitute for a degree. Â

Candidates who have experience with intersectional, inclusive instruction and with a demonstrated ability to incorporate diverse perspectives into teaching and student engagement are encouraged to identify those experiences in the application materials.
